This gem of a quote came into my inbox today via the good news work of Well for the Journey.

As a child I dreamed my way out of traumatic situations. As an adult I look inside to move through challenges with skill, maintaining my values, opening to growth.

Dreaming can be fun, a diversion, a distraction. Yet it is awakening that I crave.
