I don’t feel like it.

When I don’t feel like it, it is the best thing to do.

When I don’t feel like working out is when my sluggish body needs it most.

When I don’t feel like putting my arms around my partner is when that kind of physical connection is most important.

When I don’t feel like praying— praying is exactly what my soul needs.

Pushing through the “I don’t feel like its” produces a great sense of alignment with what is good and life-giving. It leads to confidence. To resilience.
