To find the next spiritual leader of your congregation, Dina will coach the process along as she works closely with key lay leaders to select an interim rector, discern which members will serve on important committes, guide the Portfolio team, the Search Team, and the Transition team. For Dina, a faithful process is conducted with the highest levels of confidentiality, honors Diocesan guidelines, includes anti-bias training, and enriches the entire community along the way.
